It's time to come clean.. After a mishap and resulting failure to destroy this classified experiment, Repeat Concrete have deemed it the time to reveal the truth about what happened on 24.04.21.

Released through this convenient EP, RC-Ultra contains six legally ambiguous experiments on the effect of the Jungle sound on the human mind. These tracks were written with a Hi-Tek Tracker and were designed to incite unruly dancing, altered states, hypnosis, and communal mania on those exposed to the full frequency sounds on an appropriate system.

It's rumoured the project was sanctioned in 2021 for the Melbourne based Common Ground crew and their "Camouflage Cargo Pants" rave, April 24, 2021.
As quick as the aural experiments appeared and were tested, there was a forceful attempt to destroy the work after many were reported seeing red, a sign of mental breakdown.

In a mistake the recordings and supporting documents were not destroyed but were posted out to an innocent member of the public, these recordings were posted back to us after the exposed fell into a deep episode and was arrested violently dancing on a midnight train.
The recordings feature a selection of some of the sounds played for the first and maybe last time from the source itself, as good a quality as you will find outside of having been there in person on the night of the 24th.

Rumours still fly around as to whether the study continues to this day but under an underground classification, its said the resulting experiments found the creator detained for breaches of his contract and put into solitary confinement.
We understand his plans were intercepted, the idea was to release the source files for each song but it was deemed a threat to national security after the early study was abandoned due to horrific and unintended reactions in participants.
Upon public release he was left in a state of mania and confusion, his current state is unknown.

Considering the songs were designed under a scientifically based system to incite altered states of consciousness, we advise care to be taken with how you approach using the music.
It should only be used under the influence and with full respect, love and care for those you are exposing to it.
